The spiritual and political leader of theTheocracy of Wolfram, a city-state in Earendel She was controlled by Claudia Felicitas, the lich “Wolfram”. She, and the rest of the inhabitants of Wolfram City, were unaware to Wolfram's origins, and thought that she was a deity.
